Megan Menzel is in her 7th year of being a choir director at SSI. You may have previously seen her around the district as a Choir Director at HHS, Combo Director for Synergy Show Choir, 6th grade General Music at Templeton, K and 1st grade music teacher at Lannon and Marcy, or the Drama Advisor at Templeton. Previously she was also was a K4-8th grade music teacher at Milwaukee Scholars Charter School. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire in December 2014 with a Bachelor's degree in K-12 Choral and General Music. 

In her free time Ms. Menzel loves to read, go to live concerts, ski, spend time with family and friends, and travel. Most notably, she has toured New York and London, England with Hamilton High Schools Choir.

Hannah Ramsey is beginning her first year as a choir director at SSI! She recently graduated with her Bachelors in Music Education with an Adaptive Music Certificate from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire in December of 2024. She was then given the amazing opportunity of a replacement teacher contract here in the Hamilton School District the following February teaching 8th grade choir and drama at Templeton Middle School, as well as Chamber Choir and Synergy show choir at Hamilton High School. Along with teaching full-time in choir at SSI with Megan Menzel, she is also taking on her first season as Synergy show choir director!

In her free time Ms. Ramsey loves to sing, go on walks or hikes, do puzzles, and spend time with family and friends!
