Solo and Ensemble offers students the opportunity to perform in a small ensemble or sing a solo for competition. This is a rare opportunity to test students as singers and expand their knowledge and skills in solo and small group music. In addition, if a student participates in this event, they will not only be able to compete at District and/or State levels, they will also have the option to perform their solos/ensembles in a concert held in March.

As you look through this S=Soprano A=Alto T=Tenor and B=Bass. There are headings at the top of each page with a number and a Letter (ex. 1182A) This is the event number and Class of Music (A,B or C).
An 'A' piece is the hardest piece you can perform. We suggest this for people who have performed in Solo Ensemble before, or are taking outside voice lessons with a private teacher.
'B' pieces are a great way to be introduced to the Solo Ensemble experience if it is your first time.
Please do not choose 'C' pieces as those are for middle school students.
