REGISTRATION

Registration is going strong! Please talk to your child(ren) about their elective choices. Freshman and Sophomores met with counselors this week. Juniors will be meeting individually with counselors throughout the month of February. Parents will have the opportunity to review classes choices and request changes later in the Spring.

COLLEGE REPRESENTATIVES

Emmanual College, Brenau University and the University of Alabama will be in the cafeteria during all lunches on Monday, February 10th. This is a great opportunity for all grade levels to learn more about these institutions.

CLASS OF 2020

Senior Dues

Balfour will be coming to FBHS on February 14th to collect SENIOR DUES of $90. (Senior dues cover cap and gown, graduation tickets and senior socials). Students can order their cap and gowns after paying their dues. Orders can also be placed online at www.scholasticimages.com.

FEBRUARY 28th - Last day to pay Senior Dues to guarantee a t-shirt.

MARCH 1st - Dues will increase to $110

FBHS International Day

Fencing Tournament

February 8 - 9, 2020 @ 9am

Fencing Team will be participating in a League Tournament on the weekend of February 8 - 9 starting at 9:00 am. Location: Riverside Military Academy at 2001 Riverside Drive, Gainesville, GA. 30501.

Cheerleading Tryouts

Week of March 30th

Cheer tryouts are the week before spring break. All aspiring cheerleaders must have their physicals on hand by the try-out date. Parent meetings will be announced after the rosters come out.

Building a Future For Students: Building Community

Flowery Branch High School is hosting a meeting on February 17th in the Theater

The Hall County School District will hold seven informational meetings on the upcoming ESPLOST VI and Bond Referendum scheduled for March 24, 2020. Meetings are scheduled by school cluster and begin at 6:30PM.

The district encourages stakeholders to attend these meetings and hear more about the implementation of the 10-Year Facility Plan should both measures pass on the referendum in March.
