Parent & Family Engagement Survey

As we continuously seek to improve the Hall County School District, we want to know how you, as a parent or guardian, feel our school and the district are doing to meet the needs of our students and all stakeholders. Please help us by completing the survey online and by joining us for our Annual Stakeholder Input Meeting on April 22, 2020.

The information that you provide will help us evaluate and improve how our schools, district, families and parents work together to help all students achieve academic success.

FOR ENGLISH SPEAKERS: Please CLICK HERE to complete the survey online. Paper copies of the survey are also available at the front office. For additional details concerning the Annual Stakeholder Input meeting, please CLICK HERE.

FOR SPANISH SPEAKERS: Enlace de encuesta. Las copias impresas de la encuesta también están disponibles en la recepción de la escuela de su hijo. Por favor presione en el enlace (link) de abajo para más información acerca de la reunión anual de aportes de los miembros interesados.

Your opinions and suggestions are valuable, and we thank you for your input!

IMPORTANT: Please read about Georgia's NEW 11th Grade Immunization Requirements

Before starting the 2020-2021 school year, the state of Georgia now requires a booster dose of MCV4 (Menactra) for any student, 16 years or older, entering (or transferring into) the 11th grade school year. Students who have already received their first dose, on or after the age of 16, do not need another booster.

Meningococcal disease is a serious bacterial illness that affects the brain of the spinal cord. Meningitis can cause shock, coma and death within hours of the first symptoms. To help protect your children and others from meningitis, Georgia law requires students to be vaccinated against this disease, unless the child has an exemption.

PROOF OF THIS VACCINE DOCUMENTED ON THE GEORGIA IMMUNIZATION FORM 3231 WILL BE REQUIRED FOR YOUR CHILD TO ATTEND THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL, AUGUST 7, 2020.

Please contact your child’s primary care provider or go to the health department and request a current Georgia Immunization Form 3231. Health departments may charge a small fee for this service. If finances are an issue, please notify them upon signing in.

Please do not wait until August. Vaccine shortages have occurred in the past. Get your teen’s form as soon as possible to avoid the summer rush or possible vaccine shortages.

Please contact the Hall County Health Department, our school nurse, or your primary care provider for more information.

Thank You to our Partners in Education!
