When: February 5-7, 2026

Complete your 4-Step ThesCon Checklist ASAP!
#1 Are You Eligible?
In order to attend ThesCon you must be an inducted Thespian.
To become a thespian- fill out point form.
Pay $40 Induction fee.
You must be inducted by Aug 29, 2025.
#2 Start the Registration Process
FILL OUT OUR TROUPE REGISTRATION FORM
WHEN AVAILABLE (usually after Sept 6)
Visit: https://gathespians.org/thescon/
Go to the "Resources" section on the right side of the page.
Click on the Conference Agreement Form.
Follow all the instructions to fill out the form.
Submit the digital form and print the form.
A parent/legal guardian must sign the form (even if the participant is 18).
Everything must be filled out or you will not be signed up.
#3 Make Your First Payment:
Total Cost: $450 per person
The cost includes lodging, bus transportation,
4 meals that include breakfast Friday and Saturday, Thursday dinner,
Friday lunch, Friday dinner, Saturday lunch,
t-shirts, all workshops, performances, events, programs, and social events.
Extra Money Needed For:
Thursday lunch
Saturday Dinner
Optional College Auditions (Juniors & Seniors Only. $25 for all auditions.)
Optional Thespys (IEs) - $25 per event
Any souvenirs the student would like to purchase/some students eat out.
Payment Plan & Dates:
$225 Due by Wednesday, September 24, 2025!
$225 Due by Friday, January 10, 2025!

#4 Turn In Your Forms!
Items Due September 24, 2025
Place the following items in a sealed envelope with your full name on the front with
ThesCon written under your name.
1) Your Printed Conference Agreement Form (Signed by a parent!)
2) Your 1st payment of $225 if writing a check, square invoices will be sent for those paying online!
