"Put a date to the dream - it becomes the goal,
Write down small action steps required to achieve that Goal - it becomes a plan,
A plan backed with correct efforts will make ... your dream come true".
This quote truly resonates with me and defines my approach to the learning and teaching process. I believe in setting achievable goals, but nothing can be accomplished without discipline and the right actions. Therefore, my plans are guided by clear expectations to help students succeed.
