4th period is the class that gets the opportunity to visit the library each Monday during my class time with them. The students get the opportunity not only to check out books but also to learn more concepts about the information we're learning in class. Mr. Seale and I collaborate purposely in order to attempt to further our students' understanding of any material that they are being taught in English. We create or find novel studies, character analyses, graphic organizers, and technology activities that we both help the students complete. The students receive a library participation grade each week, and it is calculated into their grade for English.
