If your G6 - 10 field trip requires you to be at an off-site venue at or before 09:00, then the group should meet at school prior to 09:00 and travel together to the venue.
Should it be clearly impractical for your MYP group to meet at school, you should consult with the Learning Systems Coordinator to agree an off-site meeting point that is practical, secure, and safe for children.
You may exercise greater discretion with G11/12 Diploma classes.

If a trip ends outside of school hours (after 1600)
- Grades 6 - 8 must all be returned to school prior to dismissal.
- Grades 9 - 10 may only be dismissed from an off-site location (within central London) with prior permission from parents.
- Students in grades 11 and 12 may be dismissed off-site (within central London), and out-of-hours, if parents have been informed.
- All students must be given the option of being brought back to school and dismissed from the campus.
If you wish to dismiss students from an off-site venue within central London, you will need to fill in the blanks in this Parent Dismissal Permission form and ask the Communications team to send it to the parents involved.
