Ms. Gladstone's Math Website
My name is Miriam Gladstone-Helak and I am a high school math teacher at Hopkins Academy.
I came to teaching via a non-traditional route, starting with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University and continuing my engineering education with an M.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Rochester. I went on to pursue research and worked in various Biochemistry and Neurobiology laboratories at Syracuse University before moving back to the Pioneer Valley.
I have lots of real world experiences in STEM and can't wait to share my knowledge with math students again this year.
