Not Sure Where To Find A Therapist?
Try going to Psychology Today . It's awesome! It is like shoe shopping for a therapist. You type in your city/zip and then it shows therapists in your area. What is even cooler is that you can filter preferences based on what may be important to you in the therapist/client relationship and dynamic. Things like gender, race, spirituality, age, therapy types, issues, LGBTQ+ friendliness, etc. Most therapists even include a headshot and little bio about themselves as therapists.
