- The Hackspett Way: We utilize Google Apps Script and AppSheet to build custom internal portals, automated routing engines, and CRM databases directly on top of your existing Google Workspace. You get bespoke enterprise software with zero extra licensing costs.
- The Traditional Way: Heavy, bloated CMS platforms requiring expensive monthly retainers just to perform basic updates or security patches.
- The Hackspett Way: We build high-speed, conversion-driven storefronts and landing pages. We deploy automated scripts for routine patching and maintenance. We bridge your webshop directly to your inventory via custom API pipelines, eliminating manual administrative friction.

You do not pay for idle monitoring. Routine server and website maintenance are handled by automated scripts, viewable transparently via your customer command node. When human intervention is required, our pricing is strictly scalable:
Strict Tax Directive: All quoted rates, estimates, and final invoices are strictly exclusive of 25% MOMS (VAT).
- Zero-Trust Onboarding & Setup: A mandatory €250 – €500 base fee applies to baseline, secure, and architect your digital foundation.
- Add-on: + €100 per 3rd-party integration (e.g., linking external social media channels or CRM platforms).
- Active Maintenance (Retainer): Starting at €10 / hour (min. 1h/month). By pre-booking your digital maintenance, you unlock our lowest market rate for proactive updates and content publishing.
- Ad-Hoc Updates ("Floaty"): Starting at €20 / hour. Pay-as-you-go agility for unpredictable website updates or emergency layout changes.
- Rush Delivery (24-Hour SLA): €100 / hour (Retainer clients) or €200 / hour (Ad-Hoc clients) for critical site outages or immediate deployment requirements.
