We utilize an automated tracking and categorization system. If you pre-book your hours, the system automatically applies our lowest rates. Ad-hoc tickets are billed as they occur. At the end of the month, a precision-generated PDF invoice is delivered, ensuring you only pay for active task resolution, never idle time. Minimum billing is 1 hour per initiated task/service.
What are the upfront costs to get started?
We charge a one-time onboarding fee of €250 – €500, depending on your company’s size and architectural needs. This covers engineering your base tech, setting up your secure command node, and establishing baseline GDPR/EAA compliance. If you require third-party integrations (e.g., social media channels, external CRMs), there is an additional €100 setup fee per integration.
Will I be locked into your proprietary software?
Absolutely not. We operate on a strict "no vendor lock-in" policy. We build your custom infrastructure, databases, and user portals entirely within your own Google Workspace or alike environment. You own the digital fort; Hackspett simply logs in, executes the work, and logs out.
How do you handle multi-question support emails?
To maintain analytical rigor, complex emails requiring different domains of expertise (e.g., coding, accounting, and legal) are split among our specialized cloud team. You are billed for the combined time of the specific experts required to resolve the full ticket accurately.
