During November, we want to recognize International Stress Awareness Week, which occurs Nov. 1- 5, as well as National Stress Awareness Day, which falls on the first Wednesday in November. This is a time set aside to reflect on the amount of stress one has. The goal is to create awareness of the impact that stress has on your day-to-day functioning and provide useful resources to decrease stress. What better way to start de-stressing than during National Stress Awareness Week? Find some helpful resources below!
