This semester we held two transfer fairs. One at the Harrisburg campus and one at the Lancaster campus. Over 40 transfer partners from local and regional colleges and universities were present to provide information and answer questions from interested students. Students who attended also had an opportunity to enter a drawing for a HACC sweatshirt. During spring break, we took students on a bus trip to visit Harrisburg University and Temple University. In the fall of 2024 we hope to see you at our events! Enjoy summer break.

Do you remember your first semester at HACC? Were you nervous or overwhelmed? Do you want to help students turn their nerves into excitement and energy? Are you excited to share your story and what you have learned? Would you like to do all of this and develop your leadership skills, make new friends, and get involved with the HACC community?
Learn why Orientation Leader and recent HACC graduate McKenzie Hall loved working with the NSO team:
“Being a student worker for the New Student Orientation team has helped me build interpersonal skills and leadership qualities. The greatest gift I received from the NSO team was their amazing support and encouragement throughout my educational journey. The flexibility of the job made it easy to find the balance between work life and school life. It was a pleasure meeting and working with Nakia, Ayelet, and Jenny as well as the other departments here at HACC, and the students that I had the opportunity to mentor.”
