Important Dates

HACC's Important Dates in July, are listed below:

• July 1           First day to enroll in the payment plan for fall 2023

• July 2       Final Grades Available to Students online for 1st 6-week part of term

• July 3         Classes Begin 2nd 6-week part of term (Classes can be added up to the day prior to class start)

• July 3        Last day to drop 8-week summer classes and get a 50% refund

• July 4       Independence Day Holiday (College closed)

• July 6      Last day to drop 2nd 6-week summer classes and get a 100% refund

• July 10     Last day to drop 2nd 6-week summer classes and get a 50% refund

• July 24 Last day to drop full-term summer classes and receive a ‘W’ grade
