END OF YEAR/Pick-Up

Gateway Teachers, Administrators and Office Staff,

Please read through the protocols for your respective site to ensure an efficient processing of the Chromebooks occurs. Have the appropriate forms completed per the directions below.


· BSA GOES, and SLS

o Teachers print and complete the attached inventory sheet and return to the front office for IT pick up by May 29

o Students may continue to use the Chromebooks until the last day of school

o Last day of school have Chromebooks locked in assigned classroom cabinet (do not plug Chromebooks in)


· MLHS

o Print and have students complete the "Student Information" and "Device Information" section of the Technology Student Report form and fold in half and place between keyboard and screen of Chromebook

o Collect students Chromebooks by May 21 for IT to pick up


Take-Home (CVHS and GEO)


· CVHS

o Print and have students complete the "Student Information" and "Device Information" section of the Technology Student Report form and fold in half and place between keyboard and screen of Chromebook

o Chromebooks must be charged prior to return

o Charging cable/adapters must be in working condition (3rd party accessories will not be accepted)

o Fees will be applied for any non-normal wear and tear damage done to the device and accessories. A fee will also be assessed for any device and/or accessory not returned

o Pick Up Schedule (in Talon Hall):

§ Seniors - May 21th from 12:15 pm - 2:00 pm

§ Juniors - May 22th from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

§ Sophomore - May 23th from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

§ Freshmen - May 24th from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

§ Check In/Out student Chromebooks - Leave Chromebooks plugged in and locked in assigned classroom cabinet.

· GEO

o Print and have students complete the "Student Information" and "Device Information" section of the Technology Student Report form and fold in half and place between keyboard and screen of Chromebook

o Chromebooks must be charged prior to return

o All Students - May 24th - have Chromebooks locked in assigned classroom cabinet (do not plug Chromebooks in). IT will coordinate a collection time with staff.
