Ms. Childs Work Incentives

I believe every child has the ability to learn. I believe so much in my students that I am willing to invest my money into their learning and achieving. How you may ask? Every Nine Weeks one of my students will receive the Shield of Honor Award. This is not a schoolwide incentive! This award is given to the student in any of my classes that have received the most shields at the end of each nine weeks. Students receive a shield each time they score 90% or better on an assignment, quiz, or test. That student is also presented with a $5.00 from my wallet. Other Incentives in my class include: the Blessing Jar, Knight Tickets, Homework Pass, and GREAT Calls home.
