GWA Parent ID card 

Dear Parents, Carers and GEMS World Academy Community

We hope this email finds you well. As an essential step towards ensuring the safety and security of all students, staff, and visitors, we would like to take a moment to remind the entire GWA community of our Academy's ID policy.

All individuals who are responsible for dropping off or picking up children, such as helpers, drivers, and nannies, must possess their own GWA ID card when entering the Academy premises. It is crucial that everyone abides by this requirement to maintain a secure environment for our students.

Using someone else's ID card to gain access to the Academy is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. The ID card serves as a means of identification and verification for each individual, allowing us to ensure the safety of our staff, students and wider community.

We kindly request all parents and carers to communicate this important information to their helpers, drivers, and nannies who are responsible for dropping off and picking up students. Remind them that it is their responsibility to always possess and present their own GWA ID card when entering the Academy grounds.

If you need to arrange a GWA ID card for your helpers, drivers or nannies please email the below information to info_gwa@gemsedu.com and our Front of House team will inform you when the card is ready for collection.

Please note that family and friends visiting will need prior approval to come on-site. Please contact us via pre_gwa@gemsedu.com for visitor approvals.
