AY 2023-2024 Schedule of Events

IMPORTANT INFORMATIONThere are many upcoming important dates and information regarding the end of the term. Currently, teachers are working on end of Term 1 reports which will be published on 30 November 2023. Report will be available via the iSAMS parent app as usual.Parent Teacher Conferences will take place in early December. In order to sign up for a parent teacher conference, each family must register and activate their LearnOS account. 
You can download the app from the App Store or Play Store for iOS and Android HERE, or access it via the web at https://gems.learnos.com. 
To log in, simply use the same credentials as GEMS Connect. If you have forgotten your password, this can be reset from the login page of LearnOS.
Please take this important step before the sign-ups for paren teacher conferences which will be available beginning 20 November.

Kindness sale

GWAPA have organized a Kindness sale in the atrium on Monday - 13 November 2023. Students of all ages will be given time to attend the stalls and purchase items. Friendship Cookies – 5AEDFriendship Bracelets -  12AEDGWA Branded Teddy Bear – 50AED
Art Workshop for parents on 15 November from 8:15-10:15am at the parents cafe. This initiative is a part of the Kindness week organized by Gwapa. We will be providing all the material required, please sign up here below if you are interested.https://forms.gle/3zfTfdUtgxVgGdfTA
