Dear Parents, Carers and GEMS World Academy Community,
As part of our ongoing commitment to the health and wellbeing of our students, we are pleased to share with you the “Parents’ Guide on Back to School” developed by the Dubai Health Authority. This guide offers valuable information and practical tips to help you prepare your children for a safe and healthy return to school.

Thank you for your continued support.
Kind regards

We are excited to announce the new GWAPA Team for the academic year 2024-2025. Stay tuned for more details and join us in welcoming the new team members who will continue to support and enhance our vibrant GWA community.
A short message from the new GWAPA secretary:
My name is Renu Daruwala and I’m the new Secretary and Administrator for GWAPA. I’m thrilled to join the team for the first time. I am originally from the south of India and grew up there, and was actually a National level hockey player representing Karnataka state in India. before moving to the UAE in 2009, which is where we’ve been ever since. My daughter, Anahita, is entering grade 11 this year and has been a part of this school since kindergarten.
In my role as Secretary, I ensure clear communication between GWAPA, our Parent Community, and the GWA Leadership team. I also manage our monthly meetings, oversee PR to engage our community, and collaborate closely with the IT and Communications team to keep everyone connected. I’m excited to contribute to the GWAPA community and support our initiatives moving forward.
