• Check the availability of the STEM Bin on the calendar below. If the bin is checked out, it will be on the calendar, otherwise it is available.

        • Contact the district instructional technology specialist to reserve the bin. Delivery will be arranged for you.

        • The bins will be sent through Grain Valley mail so please give the bins time to be delivered, usually two days.

  • Once you receive the bin, check the inventory of the crate using the inventory checklist document available inside the bin. If anything is missing, please note it on the document and notify the instructional technology specialist.

  • Use the resources provided in the bin or on this website to help you get started. Contact the instructional technology specialist for assistance as needed.

  • When you are done with the bin and have ensured that all materials are returned to the bin, coordinate the return of the bin with the instructional technology specialist.
