We have developed two HPLC simulators that enable the user to quickly observe the effects of a number of chromatographic variables on a LC separations.
Database of RPLC column selectivity, started by Snyder, Dolan, and Carr, and continued currently by the Stoll Laboratory.
The Kinetic Plot Tool can be used to create and compare kinetic plots to find an optimal flow rate and examine the relationship between different factors and efficiency.

This web tool takes in experimental HPLC data and applies it to your choice of the Neue-Kuss or Linear Solvent Strength models. It is compatible with both isocratic and gradient data, displaying a downloadable, interactive graph of predicted retention factor (k) vs mobile phase composition (φ), as well as the fitting parameters used to generate the fit.
This web tool is still in the process of development, but we're excited to deploy and share our work!
