Yoga

Yoga is a system of physical postures, breathing techniques, and sometimes meditation to promote physical and emotional well-being.

Ms. Stafford  is your certified Yoga  instructor.


Meditation

Meditation is a beneficial mental exercise that is over 2,500 years old.  Meditation at the Glen focuses on Breath Awareness and Mindfulness. 

Ms. Stafford is your certified Meditation instructor.

Qigong

Qigong practice involves moving meditation, coordinating slow-flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing, and a calm meditative state.

Ms. Astor is your Qigong instructor.

Wellness Workshops at The Glen


Wellness Workshops offer a unique blend of yoga, meditation and Qigong to the GHS community. All are welcome to join at snack, Mon-Fri.
