The focus of the 2D Drawing and Painting Department is to discover and experiment with digital painting and drawing techniques in order to improve the skills needed to create digital illustrations.  These skills are necessary and fundamental for an artist who wants to be able to digitally draw or paint 2D concept art and create 2D animations.
