Inclusive practise at Gurnard is at the forefront of planning and delivery of each lesson and unit of PE. We strive to enable all children to access each element of the PE curriculum. Each child’s needs are carefully met through the implementation and use of varied and specialist equipment. If a child has a specific learning need, the lesson is adapted to make sure the child can show progression and succeed consistently. In Spring 1, all children are given the opportunity to experience inclusion sports, this is vital in achieving a well round and balanced curriculum.
