EVERY CHILD IS A SCHOLAR

SUMMER SCHOLARS Every student will be enrolled in a Summer Scholars class based on his/her skills and teacher recommendations. Summer Scholars classes will focus on building and maintaining reading and math skills while having fun. Games, crafts, and outdoor play will be used to teach and practice academic skills.

According to the Colorado Department of Education, students who participate in summer reading programs show an increase in both reading skills and reading enjoyment. The mission of Summer Experience is to ensure every student is successful and the Summer Scholars program is another way we fulfill that mission.

EVERY LESSON IS AWESOME

ONE AWESOME LESSON Every Tuesday and Thursday, after Summer Scholars, students will have a lesson with a different teacher. The teachers have been challenged to develop their "one awesome lesson", to indulge their passion, and to create a joyful experience to share with our kids. Every day will bring new learning, new fun, and One Awesome Lesson.
