This workshop will be held in an overnight retreat format.
The total cost is expected to be approximately ¥50000 for a 5-day, 4-night stay, including meals, the banquet fee, and the participation fee. Please be advised that payment is cash only at the venue.
Due to accommodation capacity, only shared rooms are available. Most guest rooms do not have private baths; a large public spa is provided instead.
The venue is located in the Ikaho Onsen area, so it is also possible to arrange your own accommodation. In that case, please indicate on the registration form only the meals you require. Even if you do not need accommodation or meals, we ask that you still register to help us keep track of the number of participants. Please kindly note that a separate participation fee (approximately ¥5000) will be charged.
A banquet will be held at Sanyo Hotel on the evening of Saturday, May 16. If you wish to attend the banquet, please register indicating that you would like to have dinner on May 16. If you do not stay at Sanyo Hotel and only participate in the banquet, the banquet fee will be approximately ¥11000.
If you have already registered but wish to change your plans, please submit a new registration form and indicate the changes in the "Questions, Requests, or Remarks" section.
