8:00am Call Time – Leaders + Loading Crew + Drumline + Drivers At SHS

8:15am Call Time – ALL At SHS

9:00am Depart SHS for Mt. Carmel HS

9:45am Arrive Mt. Carmel HS

10:15am Change into Uniforms

10:45am Warm Up

11:45am Walk to parade route

12:00pm Official Warm Up

12:30pm Parade Performance

12:45pm Change out of uniforms

1:00pm LUNCH

1:45pm Meet at bus to walk over to watch parades

2:45pm Awards

3:45pm Depart MCHS

4:30pm Arrive SHS


        • Students will be meeting at SHS and then loading a bus for the tournament
        • Parade competition takes place in the morning and is followed by an award ceremony around noon.
        • The parade is free to watch
        • For the awards ceremony, we get 3 chaperone tickets and the rest of the parents will need to pay for entry to the awards ceremony - buy before October 15th to save $
