Want to fundraise for your club?
Clubs must submit an official Fundraiser form and receive approval before moving forward with any fundraiser, otherwise the deposits may not be accepted. Please consult the "Finances" tab for more information.
Want to spend club funds for a club purchase?
Clubs must go through the PO (Permission to Order) process in advance of spending. The protocol for which can be found in the "Finances" tab of this website.
Clubs Must Submit Meeting Minutes at the Beginning of the Year to Discuss the Use of Funds
The meeting minutes form, found here, will be used to make a preliminary budget. It is NOT the same as getting a PO and must be done in addition to having a PO submitted. A singular submission at the beginning of the year is acceptable as well.Â
