LAKESIDE CHRISTIAN HELPS CENTER

Provides a three-day supply of emergency food to needy families and individuals once a month. Diapers and formula provided when available. Two outfits of clothing provided to each family member once per month. Blankets, sheets and pillowcases available. Limited to Lakeside residents. No Fees.
SALVATION ARMY

Provide gift cards to Albertsons and Vons once every 6 months. Must be La Mesa resident. Bring a CA ID, gas and light bill, and proof of income. For children, bring their social security card.
