The Girls in STEM Club was started.....

with the aim of bridging the gender gap in the STEM pathways by allowing girls at ECVHS to have accessibility to the different fields that STEM offers at an early age, including computer science, engineering, physics, math, chemistry, and biology. We hosted a Career Workshop with the San Diego Chapter of the Association of Women in Science and volunteered at the flu vaccine clinic at El Cajon Valley High. We will continue hosting workshops, competitions and working with women in science to further our future paths into STEM careers.
