Transcript Requests
Please see the instructions below on how to request a transcript.
Our school does NOT automatically send transcripts to colleges at any point. You are responsible for knowing your college requirements and deadlines. Requests may take 3 to 5 business days. Please plan accordingly.
Current/Former Students:
Online Requests* - Requests made through the link will be processed within 3-5 business days upon reception. Copies are free for current students.

Note: We cannot provide copies of diplomas. We can provide your transcript, which is considered official documentation of graduation by colleges and employers.
Diploma Verification
If a potential employer or background screening firm needs proof of a diploma awarded, Grossmont Union High School District has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide diploma Verifications for 2013 and after graduates.
Employer Instructions
Please email the Clearinghouse to fulfill your request. If you do not have an account, you will need to create one. Otherwise, you will log in to your account and proceed as usual.
