ASSIGNMENT LINKS

For assignment below, create a copy (click USE TEMPLATE after selecting links) of each assignment in your shared folder. After completing an assignment, send an email to your teacher with a link to the completed assignment.

Freestyle/Front Crawl Swim Stroke (Swim Week #1) Due to the delay in getting this started, it is due Thursday, 9/28. Your run day was completed in class unless you were absent Wednesday, which then you need to attend a tutorial to make it up.

Monday 9/25: Kinser's student only: Dry land workout due at the end of class:)

Tuesday 9/26: Elementary Backstroke    (share to nvanderhyde@guhsd.net or add it to the shared folder by the end of class)

Wednesday 9/27: 

Kinser's student: bring Strava for cardio on the track and check in with Mrs. Vanderhyde.

Vanderhyde's student:  Dry land workout  (share to nvanderhyde@guhsd.net by the end of class)

Thursday 9/28: Both Students: Bring chromebook and phone and check in with Mrs. Vanderhyde. You will be recording a workout at the pool. Elem. Backstroke warm up and workout.

Friday 9/29: Both Students: Bring Strava for cardio:) Check in with Mrs. Vanderhyde before going to the track.


Mon: 10/2: Due by the end of class or it will be considered late: 

Record yourself following along with this  Backstroke workout.

AND

Complete the following document: Backstroke assignment

Tues 10/3: Due by the end of class or it will be considered late: 

Record yourself doing the25 min HIIT workout video.

Wed 10/4: 

   Record yourself doing the 20 min HIIT workout. Must be turned in by the end of the period.

Thurs 10/5: Sidestroke written assignment  AND complete this 15 min HIIT workout. (Share these both with me in the drive or via email) Make sure to show good effort and technique for full credit. You must be full body viewable throughout the entire video. Due by the end of the period!

Fri 10/6: 20 min standing HIIT workout. Work hard and show a lot of energy in this one! (Share with me in the drive or via email) Make sure to show good effort and technique for full credit. You must be full body viewable throughout the entire video. Due by the end of the period!

Week 4: This must be done during class time at the pool...not at home!

Mon: 10/9: 20 min cardio HIIT workout

Tues: 10/10: 25 min HIIT workout

Wed: Kinser student bring strava and come to my offfice for instructions.
