Team Structure

Our team is structured like a business, with a clear chain of command divided into three departments and three levels of leadership.

Leads represent the first level. Each Lead is responsible for a specific task or specialized area within the team. When Leads need support or direction, they report to their respective Directors. Directors oversee broader responsibilities within their departments and ensure all Leads under them are working effectively and collaboratively.

Above the Directors are the Executive Team. Our team has four Executive roles: the Chief Business Officer, Chief Communications Officer, Chief Robotics Officer, and the Chief Executive Officer. Each of the first three executives oversees their entire department—Business, Communications, and Robotics—while the CEO is responsible for leading and coordinating the entire team as a whole.
