Offer advanced placement courses through Genesis Virtual Academy

Support healthy, thriving organization workers with: restoration days, healthy living incentives, accountability partners, staff devotions, annual staff retreats
Continue partnership with Run Hard, Rest Well
Formalize program to help new workers assimilate to Guardian
Schedule full faculty and department specific professional development opportunities
Increase use of shared time program to offset whole or partial salaries of Guardian faculty
Create program for donors to directly contribute to families in financial need
Merge church and school accounts into a unified account to increase oversight and protection
Improve outside marketing through a greater, consistent social media presence and improved website visitor experience
Improve inside marketing by providing a Customer Service Kiosk in the Welcome Center for GLCS members/visitors, and improving the appearance of common areas near the gym and welcome center
Hold monthly event for parents to have small, informal discussions with the principal to better inform stakeholders and receive feedback
