WorkKeys® for Parents

Hafa adai Parents. This page contains information to help guide you and your child with their WorkKeys® program. Below are links to get your child started. They can also visit their WorkKeys Student Page for a step by step guide. This program is at no cost for your child if they attend GDOE.

Your child's username is his/her GDOE email address. 

If your child needs further assistance to login, please have them contact their school. Each GDOE school has a designated WorkKeys Point of Contact. 

Your child can take a practice assessment test that will look and feel like the actual assessment in these core courses. 

Step 1: Train - WorkKeys® Curriculum


9th through 12 graders may use the ACT WorkKeys® Curriculum to prepare for tests and to build-career relevant skills for effective job performance. You can use a smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop with internet access to train in the curriculum. 

Step 2 Assess - WorkKeys® Assessment


Starting School Year 2022-2023, all  Juniors and Seniors are eligible to take the WorkKeys® Assessment. 


Step 3 Certify - WorkKeys® NCRC® Certificate

Successful completion of the WorkKeys® Assessments leads to students earning an ACT WorkKeys® National Career Readiness Certificate™ (NCRC™). Thousands of employers recognize the value of the NCRC! Be sure your child includes this certification in their resume.
