I have devised a questionnaire for schools to give to their staff to complete, which reviews their ability and mindset regarding technology for learning. Having gathered the data I need to construct a report for each school that completes the form.
I have discovered an add-on for Google Forms which gathers a summary. Learn more about Awesome-Table advanced summary add on here. Having had a number of schools submit their responses the schools are now able to review the findings immediately and assess the mindset, toolset and skillset of the staff as they develop learning with technology.
