About

Ben has been a Mathematics teacher since 2005. He created evolvingedtech as a blog and now this site in order to collate the resources he has developed around educational technology.

He began using new technology more and more in lessons and within the mathematics faculty at his school in 2011. Since then he has achieved the following milestones:

• Microsoft Expert Educator (February 2012)
• Google for Education Certified Innovator (December 2013)
• Led implementation of Google Apps for Education at Secondary School (SEP 2013-AUG 2015)
• Google for Education Certified Trainer (June 2014)
• Presented at Google in Education Summits
• Leading implementation of Google Apps for Education across a growing Multi-Academy Trust (SEP 2015 - present)

Ben continues to teach and lead on technology for learning in Surrey, UK in addition to attending conferences and training events where he leads a number of sessions based around the use of educational technology for learning. This site helps to organise the resources, share and provide on going support to those that attend the sessions and want to continue to develop.
