G-Suite offers a great way to learn about all things Google. When you are logged into your Vange Primary School G-Suite account you will see the icon opposite in the top right corner of your screen.

Click this icon to learn about different aspects of Google Apps. The training is specific to the App you are currently in. So if you are working in the Gmail app your training menu will be Gmail specific, if you are working in Google Drive, it will be specific to Google Drive.

Try out the G-Suite Training

The training for G-Suite is interactive and very short. These tutorials will show you how to do specific tasks. For example, how to compose a new email or how to add a email filter.

The Vange Primary School G-Suite Training Challenge

Try out the following challenges by going to the Google App and then learning about the areas below. Remember to go to an App in G-Suite, click the nine dots in the top right corner to list the available apps.

Go to Google Gmail. Find out how what Google Contacts is. Create a contact and add them to a group for Vange School staff.
Go to Google Drive. Find out how to create a new folder. Share the folder with another member of staff.
Go to Google Calendar. Find out how to create an event. Create a meeting and invite another member of staff. Remember to inform that member of staff that you are only testing out the features.
