THE GAME

RULES OF THE GAME

There are two teams of equal length sitting across from one another.

Each team has 6 sticks each for a total of 12 sticks.

There is a doctor on each team who is in charge of who gets the bones on his/her team and/or who is the shooter on his/her team.

One team starts with two sets of bones. Each set has one marked and one unmarked bone. Players (selected by their doctor) switch the bones back and forth secretly (behind their back, or under a scarf). When they are ready, they hold their hands out front. The bones are hidden in their hands.

The other team's shooter (selected by their doctor) tries to find two unmarked bones.

***If the shooter does not find an unmarked bone, his/her team must give two sticks to the other team.

***If the shooter finds only one unmarked bone, his/her team must give one stick to the other team.

***If the shooter finds two unmarked bones, his/her team gets the bones and it is their turn. No sticks are given in this case.

THE OBJECT OF THE GAME: To win all 12 sticks.

DISTRACTIONS...The team who is hiding the bones will sing and chant to distract the other team. The shooter will also try to observe and distract those holding the bones to try to guess where the unmarked bones are hiding.
