Device organisations

You can select and move multiple devices into new organisations. We recommend creating organisation units specifically for devices in the 'Users' section. This allows you to configure different settings for different devices (e.g. you may have some devices used for exam purposes that would have different settings).

This free Sheets add-on makes managing your Chromebooks an absolute breeze. You can easily move Chromebooks around in different organisation units and easily add location, notes and model types so it is also visible in the Admin console.

More Actions

If you ever need to remove a Chromebook from being managed by your school, you can deprovision it here. If a Chromebook ever goes missing, you can disable it which means it becomes completely unusable. If it ever returns to school, you can enable it at the touch of a button here, too.
