Oral Presentation Guideline

When it is your turn, please connect your personal laptops to the projector via the VGA or HDMI port and start your presentation. If your laptop does not have a female connector, please remember to bring the necessary adapter for the connection. All oral speakers are strongly recommended to check the display connection at the presentation site before the session. Additionally, please bring a USB memory stick with your data as a precaution

The bell will ring three times during oral presentation. The first bell rings when the designated time has passed and the second bell notifies that the presentation time is over. The third bell notifies that the scheduled time for presentation including discussions is over.

Poster Presentation Guideline

< Presentation time >

Poster session is held on Sep. 16 (Mon) and 17 (Tue) at the space “Foyer” (2F) located outside of the convention hall. Session time is 17:40 – 20:00 in both days. Each presenter has been assigned a specific presentation date. Please make sure to check your assigned poster number.

< Display and Removal >

Due to an overwhelming number of presentation submissions exceeding the available poster boards, most presenters will share the same poster board. Specifically:

   ・Presenters on Sep. 16 (Mon) should display the posters by 15:30 on Sep. 16 (Mon), and should remove posters by 13:00 on Sep. 17 (Tue). Otherwise the posters will be removed by staffs.

   ・Presenters on Sep. 17 (Tue) should display the posters by 15:30 on Sep. 17 (Tue), and should remove posters by 13:00 on Sep. 18 (Wed). Otherwise the posters will be removed by staffs.

< Poster Display Space >

The poster board size is 900 mm wide and 1800 mm tall. Please create a poster that fits within these dimensions. A0 size is suitable for display. Follow the numbers indicated on the poster boards. The organizing committee will provide pushpins for attaching posters.
