Well done to all our Brunswick Park children for an excellent half term! They have approached their learning with enthusiasm and shown great determination.
We hope you enjoy reading the spring term Brunswick Park PE newsletter. There have been many fantastic experiences and achievements this half term.
We wish you a wonderful Easter break and look forward to welcoming you back to school on Tuesday 22nd April.
1G had a lovely day at Lee Valley Animal Park. They fed the goats and went on a wallaby walk. The children had fun learning about the different animals and enjoyed snacks in the sunshine. They also got to meet baby chicks that had hatched the night before!
5B visited the National History Museum and took part in an exciting Lego Explorers workshop. Linking with their computing and English unit on robotics, the children created and coded their own rovers along the moon's surface!
On Tuesday, the Brunswick Park choir took part in the 'All Under One Sky' Gala Concert at the Royal Albert Hall. This was a musical extravaganza featuring a massed choir of 900 children who performed alongside instrumental groups and an orchestra. The members of the Brunswick Park choir were fantastic and remained focused and enthusiastic throughout a long day of singing. The songs they learned were hugely varied and involved languages including Gaelic and even Elvish! They should be extremely proud of themselves. A massive thank you to Miss Coleman for preparing the choir for their superb performance and to all the adults who supported on the day.
Reading Corner
Thank you to everyone who has looked for missing books over the past week or came to share library book issues with us.
If you have not managed to look yet, the Easter break may be a fabulous time to check bedrooms and bookshelves.
Thank you for your continued support and as always, we will endeavour to solve any library issues which are shared.
Here are this month’s recommendations from BooksforTopics.
Detailed book reviews are on their website.

We are excited to announce that a new activity club will be starting in the second half of the summer term after school: Adam Ashton Art for Years 1-6. We will hold an assembly after the Easter break to introduce and promote this fantastic club to the children. We hope this will be a wonderful addition and an opportunity for our creative children to work with professional artists.
Please take a look at the flyer and visit the website provided. We will share further details in the summer term about how you can sign your child up for this club.
