WHAT SNACK DO I GIVE MY CHILD?
Give your child a healthy packed lunch for them to eat after school. This could be a sandwich, fruit, pasta, or even a traditional homemade dish. Avoid processed foods that are high in sugar and salt like chocolates, gummy bears, candy, or highly salted crisps.
