This month we started our new unit called Exploring Liquids. Students will learn about the different states of matter, the water cycle as well as the properties of liquids. This is a fun hands on unit that the students seem to be enjoying.
In groups we explored the properties of water. Students were given various materials to explore what water sounds like when poured, what shape water takes on, using an eye dropper and putting water on waxed paper etc.
