Instead of spending money on cigars and bidi,
Why don't we help the needy?
Smoking is an invitation to diseases,
Yet, it's usage increases.
A simple paper roll,
Is getting deaths out of control.
Tobacco spares no one,
And people regard it as 'fun',
Why to put our lives in danger?
Plus,it pollutes the nature.
Quitting it is difficult not impossible,
Thus,quit before it becomes unstoppable,
Or you will live a short life of regret,
Making your family and friends upset.
Tobacco is a demon in disguise,
Say no to it and be wise.

Tobacco kills thousands of people each year. It is very addicting. Cigarette, Hookahs, Bidis are some of the forms of tobacco. Obviously,all of them are very harmful and can cause diseases like,cancer,heart diseases, diabetes,lung diseases etc. These put our lives in danger. It's one of the biggest problems to humans and can be eliminated,just requires some efforts from all of us. If you are a smoker,it also stresses your family and friends,who worry about your well-being and your future. Plus,smoking also pollutes the environment.It is the best to avoid the use of tobacco,if you are already using it,you should quit as fast as you can,it will help you to save your money,be more energetic and healthier, prevent many deadly diseases,etc.
Only a few of tobacco users are able to successfully quit it.
So a question arises,how to quit tobacco?
First of all,you should be determined to quit tobacco and always keep in mind the reason of you quitting,which will help to motivate yourself.
You can try distracting yourself with other activities like painting,writing,etc. You can also do physical activities like jogging or yoga,It will also keep your body fit.You can meditate or listen to music for relaxation.
Just a few efforts and you will be able to quit it.
Spread awareness about the harmful effects of tobacco and say no to it.
