It feels great when you are able to help someone. You can contribute to other’s happiness by just passing smiles, by genuinely listening to them, and by treating people like they want to be treated.
Be sure to acknowledge that everybody is different, and that’s okay. You can be someone who encourages talking about mental health challenges in a positive way and it shows that we care. It'll help those who are struggling in the long run.
