In my view children should be given pocket money because it builds trust in the parents and build responsibility in the child. Children should be given pocket money from ages ten and up. Children can decide what they want to do with their money and this is how it builds responsibility, if they save it then they are more responsible.

I think pocket money makes us self dependent. We learn importance of saving money. It helps us having all round growth. Children will have value for money. They will learn where to spend and where not. It will prepare them in life to deal with money . After all, its not a big amount to be misused.....

No children should not get pocket money
I would like to say that no child should get pocket money as they don’t know the value of the money ,the parents who allow them are surely careless. Therefore I think it shouldn’t be given to children rather they can demand from the parents whatever they need.

What is the need of taking pocket money
In my view there is no need to give pocket money to children because they don't know the value of the money which their parents earn by working day and night. Many people think children can handle the pocket money but according to me in children's life most important is what their studies and this habit will destroy their future.
