All 3 forms must be completed and submitted annually in order to volunteer.

For overnight field trips you will also need:***A Child Intervention Check. To request a Child Intervention Record Check, email cs.ircedmonton@gov.ab.ca. ***The intervention check may take several weeks to complete, so please apply early in order to receive the forms in time to attend the overnight field trip.Transportation Forms
