Self Care Workshop and Q&A

Description: This workshop will help break down self-care so that students can meaningfully plan to take care of themselves with activities that actually restore them. We will dive deep into the concept of rest and what it means for each individual student. Students will walk away with their own personalized Self-Care Toolkit and will learn about campus resources available to them.
